Players should be aware what's behind them it's the basics of the game if you try taking people and fail it's not the players behind you that are to blame.

Obviously you're getting upset with the facts of the game.

I'm fully aware of the facts of the game, my little sausage, the simple fact here, is that you are so far wrong it beggars belief and you simply don't have the stones to admit it ...

How do you know he wasn't aware? Please feel free to offer a fully detailed explanation of how you know what was going on in Gordon's head at the time.

If you look at the footage, there were two players ahead of him and one level (Trippier) so seven players behind Gordon at that point. If he can't push forward and attack from there, then we might as well give up and go home now, because on the basis of your rationale, we should never attack in case the ball is lost and we concede goal.

I'd also note that prior to that incident, Almiron lost the ball further forward, but on your basis, a dangerous place on the pitch, which resulted in Pope's double save.

So, should you also be criticising Almiron for losing the ball or should Pope be under the hammer for helping a team mate out by saving the ball?

^^^^^

Mental gymnastics.

If he was aware that make it even worse.

I don't need to offer a deeper explanation it's the basics of the game... if you lose the ball trying to take on too many players it's your fault nobody else's and If someone doesn't bail you our it's not theirs either.

No it isn't. He needs binning asap

11 goals last season scoring goals this season . Full international captained his country and is a workhorse.

Like I said in the 1st place before the other one piped up people are sitting picking about a mis controlled pass from him but ignoring the missed changes Gordon and Wilson had plus the fact Gordon lost the ball trying to beat 3 players.... none played badly.

The reason they do that is because they 'want' to blame Almiron and not the players they fancy.

Longstaff and joelinton were awful btw.

A purple patch changes nothing. Longstaff is a cart horse. Joelinton, ill put that to him needing to get match fit

Yep and now we're ****ed basically unless we win in Dortmund which is unlikely based on what we saw yesterday

Newcastle is not on the same level as dortmund in terms of atmosphere.
You’ve obviously been to Dortmund then, yes?

We can win in Dortmund. They are good but they’re not Man City level. Play to our max level and we will do it.

Don't need to go it's obvious it's one of the best atmospheres in the world sorry If that upsets you. Newcastle is good but not quiet as good sorry.

Last night it was poor actually.

Not saying it's impossible but I don't see Newcastle winning there mate.

To try and blame Gordon for their goal demonstrates a total lack of understanding football. I don’t think you’re that daft.

Upsets?

<laugh> <laugh> <laugh>

It may surprise you but at the top level ‘atmospheres’ don’t win games.

What I said was is that he was arguably to blame for the goal and he was.

If you don't understand that it's your problem.

Anyone can bang a drum and that is what they did all night
Nowt special about that

Saying that, if they allow other fans to enter with a drum then why can't we
