Getting into squeaky bum territory for the Aussies.... Pakistan 264/4 from 38 overs

Ahh for another young Dennis in our team. Still the greatest fast bowler we've ever produced - even after coming back from his back surgery. Managed to change his action to assist to his limitations and only got smarter and more difficult to play. Before all the sports science stuff around today - he just worked it out on his own. The other 2 were pretty handy as well. Don't know too many batsmen who wanted to face a fired up Thomo. And Maxi would at least confuse them with his action.

Obviously a great all rounder but I wouldn't suggest his overall batting was great v australia. Average of under 30 and had as many ducks as he had 100s and 50s. Also had a lower test average against us than his overall test average.
He did manage some great test innings against us though.
