I could be wrong as I haven't checked but I thought Vit D deficiency you usually experience tiredness, fatigue, limbs aching rather than it making you prone to colds.

 

doesn’t help that people work indoors more/advised to cover up and prevent cancer. Something I have been told is a must based on medication mix I take.
Suppressed immune system, loads of covid jabs and only caught covid once, took anti virals that were developed quicker than the vaccine, told loads unvaccinated requested these(don’t think the anti virals have gold standard testing)
