If VAR wasn't working then it wasn't involved in a dodgy decision. Truth is, in the Spud/Pool game VAR came to the right decision (and pretty quickly) it was the communication that got ****ed up.
German defenders doing a great job of silencing Haaland. Foden has worked his arse off, scored one and hit the woodwork with another. But the Germans are dangerous on the counter.
Maybe but then everyone has to play under the same conditions/rules etc but it wasn't in that game so grounds for replay, your Honour.
Yeah Germans done a great job on him, but also agree his shooting accuracy at the mo is dogshite. Foden looking by far the better player.
Would love it to happen and see Klopps face when two players were ordered off at specific times in the match then the ref asked him which player he wanted to kick the ball in his own empty net in injury time
Weird Ake replacing Grealish when they need a goal, unless they are hoping for a lot of set pieces/fouls.
10 league games - 9 wins - life is good ... Two leading goalscorers with 5 each - Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Kasey McAteer who both came through the Academy... DA YOOF!!!!!!!!!
That’s why I don’t get why people want VAR scrapped. It needs adjusting and clearer but overall it’s a benefit to the game
Did they win 9 out of their first 10 and score 4 away from home against 3 predicted promotion rivals? ... our manager is setting new records every week in terms of a start to any campaign in any league in the club's history ... fair play though... so is yours!!
If you scrap VAR you end up with MOTD or some other highlight show doing the same job after the event. The game was ****ed as soon as TV started showing SLOMO replays and multiple angles close up, human refs have no chance. I loved the old days when we shouted FOUL/PENALTY in the stands then said aww, refs says no foul and we played on.
