Masky had two stents fitted, after suffering a mild heart attack back in 2009 (ish), also because of this I was discovered to be type 2 diabetic. A bit of a shock as I never much of a drinker and never smoked also was a keen runner! The stents were fitted as it was discovered that I had a few twisted veins (genetics), also a massive one in my todge!
Masky’s client at the time was one, Leader Rhodri Morgan who endured a similar situation, and we discussed it. He said to me, that consider yourself lucky, as he was, and imparted significant words of wisdom that I bear in mind to this day. “Blessed is he for whom the bell tinketh, than for he for whom the bell tolls!” Unfortunately he died soon after, apparently chasing a full fitness, nice man! :emoticon-0103-cool: Masky

Aber pal, as a singer songwriter, and for a long time lover of sixties and folk rock, I sincerely believe that aforementioned Racing Cars song, could have been an all time classic! However it never worked for me….no cover artists seem to do it….a shame really! :emoticon-0103-cool: Masky

top song and tbh I didn’t realise you was part of Buck’s Fizz

I don’t think that Aber, one a my favourite people on this forum, never a ****er in my eyes. You have the ability to laugh at yourself and it would be my pleasure to meet you one day in Aberdare, wherever the fug that is? :emoticon-0103-cool: Masky
