Teutonic torment conspiracy to punish Spurs for the financial spanking of Munich (and in that I am being kind to Klinsmann) ,
Son is definitely not fouled in the box against Saudi Arabia: https://www.reddit.com/r/soccer/comments/16gxeyw/south_korea_penalty_shout_vs_saudi_arabia_35/ Premier League ref Andy Madley definitely isn't bent as ****, nor does his brother shag dogs.
Scotland fans boo the British national anthem and we are told its cauldron of passion, when England fans do it (which I disagree with) its an outrage, I just like there to be consistency.
Why call this match a friendly, dust down the old Rous cup and give it to the winners. No other sport plays international friendlies call lets call them test matches.
Booing the anthems of any team is not polite, but compared ti many modern day national enmities, ot does make Scotland look needy.
So, looking at the starting XI changes, can anyone educate me as to what Southgate is hoping to learn/achieve today ??
The centre-half pairing is interesting and worth a look. The attacking midfield trio is a change that could be interesting. I think that the fullbacks and striker let it down, though. You know what Kane, Walker and Trippier offer. Should've picked two less experienced fullbacks and given someone else a shot up front. Not selecting a proper left-back is just silly in this situation.
A lot of them are stuck in the past. I suppose the real question is which Queen do they want God to save? Victoria? Boudica?
Far-right lunatics at Romania v Kosovo unveil a banner that says Kosovo Is Serbia. There's also one claiming bits of various countries for Romania. They lost Bessarabia to the Soviets after their involvement in the Holocaust. The match was halted while the authorities sorted it out. Romania's captain tried to help. Note the ****ers all wearing black, while the bulk of the crowd are in yellow.
