Well, as they've still not won a World Cup finals game and South Africa are World Cup champions, it could be an indication that there's a benefit to having a diverse pool of players to compete against and select from - New Zealand have also benefited from having native populations playing.

TBF the racial make up of the Namibia team is due to interest in the game and tradition, not exclusivity.
