And as I posted, they're having to do a lot of navel gazing to try to come up with ways of trying to show it's been a success, as the data as measured doesn't show that. They've ended up trying to strip out the influence of weather, as if they have a different set of weather to other places. <laugh>

They should get Ulez in India. During lockdown, the difference in air quality was incredible. Imagine finally being able to see the beauty of the Himalayas, for the first time in decades. Young people in those towns probably didn't know what it looked like.

You think that's due to cars? <laugh> Oh, and the Himalaya picture wasn't what was claimed either.

India is actually quite a big outlier for recorded temperatures as they're not seeing anything like the same rate of increase, and they attribute that to the protection they are afforded by the emissions, which suggests that some of the other changes in temperature elsewhere will have cleaner air as a contributory factor, which is one more example of secondary consequences.

Indian air quality is terrible, Sadiq should go there to show them all what to do.

Go on then, put some meat on the bones of your theory that a traffic based ULEZ would solve the air quality issues India.<laugh>

A part of your error is in thinking my issue is with Khan. Another part is you trying to pipe up on topics you clearly know **** all about. :emoticon-0105-wink:

Petrol engines pollute the atmosphere. Don't believe me?

Then stand in your garage, with the door shut and with the car engine running and see what happens.

And? How does that relate to the issues in India and your claim that a traffic based ULEZ would solve it?

The whole world. Get rid of as many petrol driven vehicles as possible and we'll have a cleaner planet.

    Won't that be nice?

Right I've solved that problem, what's next?

Well with that as a solution, I'd suggest India's air quality issues are next on your agenda. Talk me through this claim of yours that a traffic based ULEZ would resolve it.

I reckon you've already googled and realised your **** up, and your fellow ****wits will have done the same.

More wriggling required, and you'll no doubt try to provide plenty. <laugh>

So you think billions of piss poor Indians can afford to scrap their vehicles & replace them with modern ones?

The average wage is about £300 month which wouldn't even cover Sadiq's £12.50 a day tax .

I guess most would starve to death which would reduce their carbon footprint

Cars aren't the main problem in India, so his suggestion would have no meaningful effect anyway. If they did find a way to resolve the air quality issues, they'd then need to start on addressing the consequences, one of which would be an increase in temperatures, so the measures would be a significant cause of climate change. <laugh>

Still, at least the UK can fund their recent fake lunar landing whilst their citizens starve to death, at least they wouldn't have the expense of the not eco friendly expensive EV's with huge **** off batteries mined from the ground by slave labour kids in Africa <ok>

It has previously been estimated that more than 115,000 tons of natural gas escaped the damaged pipeline in just six days, with a greenhouse gas contribution of approximately 15 million tons of CO2—or the amount of carbon that can be absorbed by roughly 580 million trees in a year.

The Biden regime care about the environment though, thats why they blew it up <laugh>
