City win?

  • We win

  • They win

  • Nobody wins

Work colleague is a Leicester fan and regular attendee, he confirms their performances are poorer than their results. A hefty dose of smothering Rosieball could be just the job to see their unbeaten run come to an end.

Excellent .

'Smothering Rosieball' will become the phrase of the season.

I'm mighty glad that Madison ain't still around after the utter schooling he gave us in the corendon cup last year.....still fearful of what the result could be, thin k they've got the players, pace and fitness to properly press us and cause us problems

My head says we’ll look to stay in the game and play for the draw. I don’t think this will work though. I worry we’ll go 2-0 down and then be forced to attack, which will leave us more open. Could be on the end of a 4-1 hammering.

However, if we play with intensity going forwards and actually put pressure on their goal early on, we may have a really good day, as it will surprise them and give us confidence. The fans will be loud and give us that extra push. It’ll end up being a high scoring/entertaining game; a 3-2 either way.

There we go. I’ve promised myself to not have two guesses this time…so I’ve had three. UTT.

Got a bad feeling and its not just the aftermath of the Bristol burnout..
If we get five points, or more, from the next three, I for one, will be enquiring at my local Corals about those promotion odds.

Our next 9 fixtures are probably the toughest stretch during the whole season. No easy game in the championship I know but these games are tough

I'm aware it was some form of scoliosis, but they didn't have x-ray or MRI technology in his day, so Will Shakespeare told a porky to make a best seller. Why ruin a good tale?
Edit: Another historical Willy, German Röntgen, discovered X-Rays accidentally when he placed his hand in front of a glow emanating from a cathode ray tube.

Might be more suited to our "style" than the get stuck in and lump it sides. Then again they might give Rosie a lesson on how to play his way properly

Agree. Or is that me being pessimistic as nearly everyone I see on a regular basis is a Lestah fan. Curse those years they stayed up then went on to win the ****ing league. Not sure where all the 'new' support came from :emoticon-0138-think

“It’ll be a great test for us against Leicester. We’ll go there with nothing to lose and give it our best.”

Doesn't sound like a man expecting a promotion push
Of course theres something to lose you donut.... 3 points.... Rotherham yes thats Rotherham Rosenior held them until the 84th minute... Spend less time blowing smoke up the arse of other teams and managers and do your job.....

Does my head in. No such thing as a "nothing to lose" game in this league. We're not playing Man City ffs, and even if we were I wouldn't be wanting our manager to go into it with that attitude

Technically, we can gain 2 points or lose 1 point. This state can change during the game.

FFS Rosie....if you are serious about challenging in this league then you should be going in to each and every game expecting to win. That's the comment of a L2 manager who's got an away draw at a Champ or Prem team in the cup

Inexperience and that's what will let us down in the long run. Or is it a lack of confidence in himself/the squad. Either way not good.

I've no doubt ( well I bloody hope ) his message for the team behind closed door is more positive, but it's a piss poor external message to the fans who he's and the club are trying to get to buy into what he's doing and that it's the correct style of play etc that will see us pushing
