This is a first. Just found myself agreeing with Lib Dem spokesman that clean rivers are a priority, and Tories relaxing rules which will damage them, in favour of developers, is madness. Gove has lost the plot. Won't vote Lib Dem in view of their open border views, but won't vote Tory either. Reform for me. Edit - Sir Keir is backing Gove apparently. Two cheeks on the same arse.
