Was really good for Brighton, never worth that money mind. Estupinan is a lot better. I'd prefer Lewis Hall. He's going to be a star.
The last we saw of him, he was rolling the ball straight to Bruno and gifting us a goal against Norwich in April 22. Hope we see the knacker again.
No one had a good season at Chelsea last year, remember Frank Lampard could turn Messi into a Sunday league player in seconds. He's okay, but not much more, I think Tierney would be the better option.
Raya to Arsenal is a weird one - we should be testing their resolve for Ramsdale, at 25 years old he's a long term keeper and will be England #1 soon. Use to watch him weekly with AFC Wimbledon and he pretty much single handedly kept them in league one the 6 months he spent there. Seriously good shot stopper who can play out from the back as well.
Nah, I think it's just Arteta being a Pep clone; City's second GK could be most teams first choice, now Arsenal have two GK's because I think it makes a lot of sense to have strength there. I mean, we're playing with fire given what happened to us in the Carabao Cup. Pope's very good, not world class, and even then the drop to the backup is steeeeep.
Might not be Arsenals choice though - if Ramsdale loses his spot he won't want to be playing 2nd choice in a European Championship season and could force a move. Personally don't think we need to go and get him as we have decent depth -could be improved (last year was just a disaster with Dubravka cup tied and Darlow on loan it meant we had effectively 4th choice in net and 5th choice on the bench) but having followed his career since meeting him at Wimbledon and having a few chats with him I'd have Rambo ahead of any of our keepers.
