Manchester United have delayed announcing their decision on Mason Greenwood’s future because they are continuing to consult key stakeholders and want their women’s team players who are still at the World Cup to be part of the process.
Three England players, Mary Earps, Ella Toone and Katie Zelem, remain at the World Cup and that is a major factor in the time being taken.

If they are consulting the male players, then it would only be part of the course to also consult with the female players, we are talking about a brand rather than a specific gender of team - afterall whatever decision is taken affects the brand - so I can see quite logically why they would want to speak to the female members of that brand.
It had crossed my mind about him phoning Ronaldo for a job.
If the Glazers and heirarchy had made the decision he had to go they wouldn't be asking anybody.
Where did anything say put the responsibility on the women, it's part of the process, they are part of that process. If you take a decision at school over an incident on the sports field, during a boys football game, do you only consult with the male teachers of that school, of course you don't. It's a work place environment, Manchester United Football Club is a work place environment.
I've already explained it's part of the brand. The real question is why is the club as in directors/stake holders/owners consulting with anyone, because they are probably looking for an escape route. If people want to criticise that, then that's fair enough, criticise the process is even happening, not just the female element of it.
They should just bin him off is my view, but hey ho they clearly ain't got the balls.
If I was investigating and making a decision about an incident of a similar nature in school I wouldn't be getting the views of the rest of the kids, if they had fck all to do with the incident

I agree with you. My point was you shouldn't even be asking the male players, let alone the female. You said why put it on the females, I ask why put it on the males, just get rid of the rapey, girlfriend beating shhite. Afterall, imagine what it will be like when he travels to away grounds - he's all snug at the moment sitting on a paycheck for another two years of contract, doing nothing.
