I’d throw the new CB straight in, leave Struijk out, to be honest, I’ll be amazed if we can make a full bench. Drameh is available but probably not match fit, I heard Rutter was back in training. This is a crunch game, if we could snatch the points I’d be ecstatic. Next week you’d expect Drameh, Rutter, Summerville and Sinisterra to all be available, you’d imagine another new signing through the door too. No more key injuries is crucial
But sinna /Summerville /rutter/poveda have too much history with injuries and we must not sign anymore sicknotes.
I've no idea. The fact we were pretty much there with the Max Aarons deal suggests a right back might be leaving or not in Farkes plans. There was alot of excitement over Aarons which I didn't understand given we have Dramah, Ayling and Byram.
I'm rather hoping we don't sign right backs so we can play them at left back. I'd rather buy a ****ing left back. (Not swearing at you but I'm referring to that position as a ****ing left back until we actually get a ****ing left back)
Yes but Farke said he’d only been back in training for one day, it wasn’t an ideal situation to think about relying on him yet
Dunno but when I was calling out the squad over their mental weakness I was told it wasn't the players. As the months have gone by, one by one the same people are now coming over to my way of thinking.
Anyway, at least I'm on a plane during todays game. Hopefully by the time I get back in a couple of weeks we have a rather more robust squad.
The point is/was that with the right man in charge at the beginning of last season we wouldn't have been relegated and if we'd appointed Dyche before the World Cup we still wouln't have been relegated. The players needed a strong manager who recognised any shortcoming and rectified them.
