I think 10th will be a resonable finish considering how well our massive rebuild has gone so far.

We're in no worse position than we were 24 hours ago. Yes, the whole Moises raised our hopes for an evening, as he parted the red/chelsea. That's over and now we're no better, but no worse off than we were this time yesterday... back to transfer hunting. That £110m can buy a not-quite-so-good DM AND a RB instead.
