I was thinking the same Bobby, despite my past amusement with him, he'll probably do alright for West Ham. I feel a bit sorry for him at United, nowt worse than hitting 30 and suddenly life dawning on you that you are not that young foal anymore.
He suits our style of play under Moyes, as does McTominay, of course most of our fans are displeased as CL cast-offs are beneath our club, apparently.

Happily take him at Spurs. Although the defence still needs another centre back more urgently imo

Not as big as they'd like to be able to spend... We've got a lower ceiling than Jurgen, but much more ambitious owners.

With FFP it's not just the traditional fees that you lay out as you only need account for a fifth of the fees, plus the yearly wage in the FFP calc for the year (assuming you have a man on a 5 year contract).
We've got a decent bit of cash back from Maxi and Wood (for us - our players aren't worth ****, historically), which equates to us being able to spend a good bit more in the FFP calc.

Resourced not an issue, balancing it all up (legally) with FFP is.

Say one thing about Fat Mike - he left us with wiggle room on FFP spend, as he bought players up front and we had a clean slate to go at when he left.
I always told you all that the grief you give Mike Ashley was out of order. Financially you were a well run club and when he came in, he’d saved you from administration.

Why you stalking Spurs results bro?

It would be like me snooping on Charlton friendlies, I honestly couldn't give a shhite.

There’s literally zero rivalry between Gillingham and Charlton though.

I don’t expect anybody who doesn’t support Arsenal or Spurs to understand the rivalry.

That’s not a dig btw.

That's true, we aren't obsessed like Arsenal fans about our rivals.

I understand it. It’s like an argument between a group of solicitors and a group of accountants.
