Another head finally leaves the sand. Wonder when, or if, PLT will change his tune as he’s the only hold-out now of thinking everything’s fine.

Mo it was obvious in pre season, as hard as it is for you to see it. LR told us his next part of the plan was to make us better going forward….there was no improvement. Pre season or not l, important games or not. Now we can’t even run

I was lucky, I guess to only catch the 2nd half.
Rosie wants us to play fast passing, pressing, attacking football.
Well, we can’t pass, can’t press, can’t tackle, can’t really run with the ball & can’t finish. So what’s the next plan?
The idea’s great, but the players can’t do it.
The defence is waiting for someone to move, get into space, the opposition is marking everyone & not one of the defenders thinks to run at the opposition, to try & create the space needed?
I’m wondering when Acun’s going to get bored of owning us & get rid. If tonight’s anything to go by, I think we might be looking for a new owner this time next year.
If I was Rosie, I’d be trying to get rid of Oscar, Seri, Tufan, Sinik & probably Traore. Get their wages off the bill & bring in players who are going to try & play for the shirt. Make sure the Saudi’s are aware they’re available too.
This transfer window is wasted, yet again, but just get rid of the overpaid “superstars!”

Cos if you don't you lose the ones you have anyway.

    There's always a conveyor belt.

I'm expecting a couple of decent additions.

Can't expect top 10 if he doesn't have a squad that can achieve that.

Gonna be a big 3 weeks of the window and Wednesday on sat is now a big game for us to get a reaction from.

Every time Ingram got the ball I thought I'd lost the connection to the stream as he was motionless for so long - then I realised it was Rosies new tactic - 'don't blink till they do', unfortunately, they didn't blink and Ingram just looked ridiculous stood there - trip advisor rating - 1 star with comment 'avoid at all costs'

The problem with sacking LR before the end of the month is that there will be **** all of the window left and why would we still progress buying his targets.
There's nothing wrong with playing out from the back.
Maybe our Coaching staff are great at talking about it but **** at actually coaching it.
Andy Dawson never played that way when he was a player. Neither did LR to be fair.

I don't usually join in the autopsies, but a big concern for me was the attitude of the players, who seemed very much resigned to losing from quite early on.

Ingram holding onto the ball yielded nothing but lost time. That match was painful on the eye.

    They're literally our best players.

This isn't down to the personnel. Some of the lads tonight looked confused, it was like they were doing something in training and then all of a sudden something changed and they just didn't know what to do? Most of that team looked absolutely fine last season, there's no excuse for a performance like that.

Recruitment in forward areas is far from over, so I'm not panicking yet about the forward issues - I'll wait until 10 games after the window for that, but we aren't doing the things we did all the last half of last season well at the moment.
