That's dodgy as **** if true.

Either Liverpool and the player have broken the communication rules or Saints have given permission despite saying they're not selling unless the £50m pricetags is met.

Or it’s just standard practise where agent and club have talked and generally agreed on rough idea on what would offer if things progressed.

Happens in every single transfer

as Bisc says itis fairly normal for contact with the agent to find out if he would be interested in move and if so rough idea of wage expectation .

It's never true, it's entirely made upto fill space.

It's an easy leap over time. Someone says the player is in favour. Someone trumps it saying the player wants lfc, now Someone trumps it with terms agreed.

They are all gambling It's done soon.

It does, but weird when the selling club is refusing to budge and playing him in games

Liverpool and player discussing and agreeing terms means saints have given permission

By all accounts he’s traveled and available same as JWP so unless we put in another bid in next few hours can’t see why he wouldn’t play for them.
