I’m imagining SD working down a massive list manually inputting email addresses. Every time he gets disturbed he loses his place and starts from the top, that’s why people are getting loads of duplicates. I’ll give him until Friday morning before I worry.

What happens if I put the digital thing in a Google wallet on a phone that doesn't support nfc?

Try the 3 dots in the top right of the ticket once downloaded into wallet. Should have a name on in there.

That's no good as I want my 20 year old son and my 16 yesr old daughter to have their own tickets on their own phones.

Don't know, but I'll be trying the season ticket v Ipswich with NFC turned off again.
