Given where we’ve got to in the last 13 years I’d take it to re-create the relative benefits and living standards for the poor of the Blair years.

But yeah Iraq obviously. The stick stupid ****s will use to beat Labour with until they’re dead.

Seems hundreds of thousands of dead arabs don't bother you. Where was Blair when Labour were struggling with the banking crisis in 2008?

When he was no longer an MP? No idea- probably in The Maldives or something. Fortunately Brown was an extremely competent Chancellor and would have made a fine PM if given a chance.

Iraq was terrible but the Tories were all for it. We’ve made far worse errors since and closer to home.

Gordon Brown was PM. And he was kicked out for being incompetent.

Don't blame the Tories for Iraq when it's common knowledge that Blair and Campbell put out false information for Parliament to act on

Most Labour MPs voted against Iraq. The Tories were gung-ho for it.

He was kicked out for calling a bigoted woman a bigot and then it all went to ****. I’m sure we’ve done all this before.

It’s the decimation of public services, corruption and pandering to racists for me.
That’s a given,
What I find astounding is just as the world is seeing the climate is fecked and we do actually have to do something about it, the Tories see political gain in going the other way. You genuinely couldn’t make this up

Sad thing is there probably is at least with their base. Scare people ****less they’ll be worse off by an amount miniscule to how much they’ve been made worse off by government incompetence and corruption and plenty will go for it.

They’re on the side of motorists apparently. That’ll be why fuel tax is so low.
