well i have not received my 'download' and does it have to be emailed on your phone ? i have an android and NFC and google wallet, so what next ? bought the Real malorca ticket still no printable ticket, i have emailed the service and see what happens, if no reply will be down there on Monday, i paid for 'card' in full 3 months ago.
if bought online the Mallorca ticket be digital should be sent from Monday somone over the road reckons monday for training session tickets and Wednesday for Mallorca tickets season tickets a week from Monday

got my 'white card' today about an hour it took, you show your old season card they write your customer number down. did not cost anything either, wait about 10 mins show I D and get your card !, as for the Malorca one i will wait and see, i know they are over worked at the ticket office and thank them all. i could not use the NFC set up on my phone.

confirmed on podcast monday for Tuesday training session tickets and Wednesday for Real Mallorca tickets and week Monday for season tickets

also confirmed the email will come from skidata

But no tickets have been sent out yet...

Yeah I think so. The queue was only to the electronic sign on the corner when I got there but never really went down as it was pretty steady with people arriving. They've got one of the scanners in the ticket office to try the cards to make sure they work as well.
 
According to the thread otr, non digital season card holders won't get an email monday, but can request a digital card as it MIGHT not need an nfc compatible device but that's not confirmed.

Physical card holders MIGHT not have to go the ticket office for the cup game tickets, but they MIGHT have to.

Hope that clears everything up

They probably won't get any further emails at all from the club, I've just checked the bairns account and the email address now has '1234' at the beginning of it which someone at the club has done.

All this **** on and the paper ticket they printed today is a QR code. Nothing to do with NFC.

I'll be scanning my digital ticket tomorrow with NFC turned off and see if it lets me in. If it does then this whole thing is a farce as the old scanners already accepted QR codes

I've checked my email address and up to to yet its not been altered.

Can't wait for the season and see the lads play but so frustrated at this

Did you opt for physical card? I did for him so that's why they've done it for him and not me as I'm happy to have digital SC.

I had to have a physical card as my phone doesn't support NFC.

If (as rumours seem to suggest) it doesn't need to be NFC compatible I would have taken the digital option

I emailed digital support last night with

Can you confirm that the digital season cards have to have a NFC compatible device and won't work with a device that doesn't support it please?

Their response this morning

Thank you for contacting SAFC Digital support.
Yes digital season tickets have to have NFC on the device to work

So that puts all the discussions to bed, its NFC compatible or a plastic card.
