Used the slider to choose 2 tickets, put them in the basket, assigned the kids ticket to thw bairn and got that message and can't proceed any further as the button is greyed out.
That first try was using the map clicking the blue dots, tried it the other way by selecting the block and just choosing the 2 seats it gave me and got the same 'unable to proceed' error. Can't ****ing give them my money.
Just had a quick neb over the road and somebody over there is having the same issue. Will see if they come up with any suggestions.
I have got full permissions on his account(manage tickets and assign tickets, did it a few times last season), and my daughters and my dad's in my network. It assigned the ticket to him no bother just something about the delivery method wpuldnt let me proceed, which is strange because there's nowt to select anywhere about a delivery method. It's whatever they have got it set as the default, which I assume is electronic given that they are using this to test the electronic tickets.
It must be some sort of glitch I can see our 4 Ipswich tickets to reassign to other people in the network (not that there is anyone else in my network) but it must be something to do with purchasing new tickets. I'll keep an eye on the thread otr.
