I do like my Johnny cash…….great cover band locally called johnnys stash had them for a couple of parties over the year’s
Listening to the new Blur album like many I was all Oasis at the time but years of utter ****e from them plus the Manc idiots acting like children I gently swayed towards what Alburn was doing and on occasion it was good, sometimes very good. Looking back then at the back catalogues it's clear that Blur were the better band. Don't get me wrong I'm not a huge fan of either band it was more a place and time thing. The new Blur album then. The Ballad of Darren, it brings back that Britpop nostalgia but doesn't lean that way too much. It's pretty good, might even grow on me.
Just looked at the green man festival line up fk knows who most of them are…….used to be a good little festival that but trying to hard to be cool these days
I’d have to say I couldn’t afford the amount of drugs I’d need to enjoy it there anymore……..best one I was at over there was seeing seasick Steve before he became a name for five minutes
