@brb looks like we've been given some of the Gordon Road stand for our cup match. Didn't realise you did that for cup matches either as I assumed all the scaffolding made up the 10%?

We got new owners now, so maybe they have new ideas, don't honestly know. But I know when Millwall came down for the friendly, they were given the entire Gordon Road Stand - although not the greatest idea, as you know the RE adjoins it. I know last season they designated about 1/3rd of it the Town End side. We had stopped using the top section of the scaffolding, whether any work has been done on it preseason to open it all up again, I don't know. Tbph I was hoping it was going to get pulled down before the new season, but I guess the money has been allocated elsewhere for now, especially as the new owner appears to have spent a fortune of his money (he must be mad lol).

Yeah giving Millwall that whole stand seems very bizarre unless attitudes towards them have changed since I last went lol

Shame this was the first round as I can't make it that week. Probably would have gone had it been second or third.

And yeah it's weird to see you lot actually backed by some cash. Good bet for promotion this year I'd say?

Things hadn't changed and some Gills fans, wrongly I hastened to add, sung unwanted and unwarranted songs during the game. Absolutely disgraceful and condemned by the majority of our fans. I've seen the sad face of a minority of our fans in past years, and I'll call it out everytime for what it is, an absolute embarrassment to the club...

I will not be going, unless my mate contacts me saying he fancies it. Health is a bit of an obstacle these days, but I attend when I can, which is also why Gills player comes in handy for away games at £10 per match.

Hope they keep it. Love that away end though the only time I’ve been in it was a nice enough day (an enthralling 0-0 against Bury).

I missed this classic which is odd as my dad and I went pretty much everywhere around this time. Championship gold.
