He's been perfectly honest in interviews before. To be honest any manager doesn't owe the fans anything when it comes to post match interviews let alone ones after a preseason game. It's clear the club want to keep things in house with recent tightening up on leaks and the big boards going up at the training ground. So imagine if Rosenior comes out and says something to appease us lot on a ****ing forum and social media but loses the dressing room in the process. These guys are media trained. One of Rosie’s prime responsibilities is to instil confidence and belief in his players, which is precisely what he was doing in that video. It was quite obviously done in the full knowledge that we wouldn’t actually be starting the season with only the players in that room. It also had the added benefit of annoying ranty accountants with an over-inflated view of their own opinions.
