Ange won’t sign Maguire, too slow and can’t play in a team that wants to play on the front foot. Plus he would be too expensive once you factor in wages.
He could actually be Chelsea-bound seeing as Fofana’s done his ACL.

because levy would think he's got a big name with a big heart. Also he was worth 80m at one point so if he coudl snag him for like 20 theres potential for big profit to be made. Plus he's cheaper than the other 2 names you are going for at CB and he's englands captain
