Shocked. I guess we need the proles to make as much money as possible and **** anything else.

Mixed feelings about it. It wouldn’t benefit much of my generation and beyond and would be pretty far down the list of things to change with the meagre pot left behind for him once the Tories have siphoned off whatever else isn’t nailed down.

Those useless degrees are a fraud on students. It's the universities that make money from them and the student is left with a useless piece of paper for the three years course

Useless to you. Who are you or your ilk to tell a teenager what to study or not study? Some people may describe my course as useless given how many politicians did it.

That's not a Micky Mouse degree. Perfectly useful. We're talking a three year degree on David Beckham. That sort of stuff. It makes money for the university and they always give a First at the end of it.

Again, if it’s what someone wants to study and a uni wants to offer it, who is Sunak or anyone else from the supposed party of freedom to dictate it’s not worthwhile? I assume if they haven’t just lobbed this out for the grifters to feast on there’s a long list of unis and courses they consider worthless.

Well, I guess, one reason is that that person will want a government loan, and how likely is it they'll get a job that'll repay it, with a 3 year degree in Make Up Studies

May be the answer is to exclude government loans from the really ridiculous degrees.

As I said before, it's the universities that are cleaning up over this rubbish
