We have spent 300m in 18 months.

Our salary %age is at 94% and probably more now.

We have sold no players.

Our commercial revenue is up but not by an awful lot.

I read that because of Ashley we could spend around 300m.

Interestingly Staveley said £250m spends. Didn’t she @Project Zebra!

Yes over 5 years so they'll need to sell players over the next few windows. It all adds up better than fans simply saying it must be a smokescreen to keep prices down lol.

She said that when the takeover collapsed though so maybe things changed... you'd think it'll have changed somewhat given the champions league qualification and new sponsorship?

Players have prices and clubs have to sell... Newcastle just don't want the players the fans want.

I still think we will get one more in. Of decent quality.

I did expect some outgoings. But the ones we would like out are bang average players getting good wages.

I would think so I mean as much as our fanbase thinks players like lascelles etc ate worthless they're not... they can fetch a few quid the issue is the interested clubs can't afford the wages and the players would rather run down their contracts than join those lesser clubs.

I dont understand how the claim has gone from we only pay **** wages under Ashley with Shelvey being the highest paid on 80k to now being unable to move players cause of their high wages?

Because in the last season under MA, Bruce convinced the fat **** to renew contracts under the guise of protecting transfer fees hence people like Dwight Gayle getting £50k a week for several more years

Bruce was a **** manager.

People like Munson defend his football but managers do more than just design a formation.

He gave his mates better contracts on better wages which has caused us so much ****

PIF is so large that multiple divisions will be working with different people on different projects and not in too much contact with one another.

I'm sure.
