I think for what I have seen that 250 against australia bowling would be difficult. 200 would be my thought and fingers crossed
if it were not for the fact that this was more like a 3 days test in batting terms I'd be saying we have lost the ashes already here. 2 days should be more than enough for either side to win this game still. day 3 is a wash out.

On TMS earlier they were saying that perhaps people had misjudged how bad Bairstow leg still is . he’s taken about 7 out of 20 opportunities , Carey has taken about 17 out of 20 . even more reason to drop him , it won’t get any better during an ashes series !

I don't think its the leg. he could carry off a just oil fool lol. it's just creaky and rusty and he is not a keeper really. not really. his positioning has been crap and against spin test 1 he couldn't even get close and thats just reactions
