We beat Israel comfortably in the group stage, a group we won without dropping a single point and without conceding a goal. However, in the quarter final against Portugal we were made to work probably harder than we had in any other game, and although we won 1-0 in the second half England took a battering but came through - so hopefully we can make good work of the Israeli's again, I know @Spurlock & @Treble will certainly be cheering the lads on on lol.

Come on England!

Right old dodgy club…didn’t pay its contractors when the stadium was built, had to pay a £3m fine for cheating there way to the PL and now this. Should be demoted to the conference league, just for the bantz.

Gordon was awarded the penalty but handed the ball to Gibbs-White who misses. England really should have scored before the penalty decision and also hit the post, after a mistake by the Israel keeper gifted England a chance. I thought the penalty decision was a bit dodgy, hence why VAR took so long, is Gordon a bit of a cheating bastard?...if so he will fit in well with the new Italian guy.

I think Englands second goal celebrations (Cole Palmer) were dampened due to the VAR checks. But at 2-0 it should be job done and on the way to the final hopefully. Shame about the half empty stadiums though.
