Not sure of the tactics here. Getting a single per over isn't going to cut it. I'd like to see him trust Broad a bit more by taking the single OR utilise that last ball of the over to get a boundary
That spell from Cummins and Starc last night was near impossible to play. The balls that got Pope and Brook were special.

Main difference between the teams has been taking catches I'd say, though their bowling is clearly better too. I've lost count of the missed chances and catches by England, but Australia have missed very few. Must say though, that if both teams keep up this relentless short pitch, negative cricket, I won't be killing myself to watch it.

Robinson particularly, who seems a genuinely stupid bloke. But singles are hard to get when almost every ball is between your chest and head. Awful cricket to watch, just awful, and if it continues, I'm done with it.
I think things will be easier if the powers that be declare, with the agreement of all the players, to do away with sportsmanship and that it is perfectly acceptable to get somebody out using such tactics.
