Yeah you got a lot of backtracking to do. <laugh>

Or editing <laugh>

Look plenty of players were **** in the WC and some including Mount didn't deserve to be there and that was my beef with him at the time.

Anyway, I can see both sides of the argument with Mount. I wanted a central midfielder who's more of a playmaker.

I think we needed that more, but like you say under the right manager he has room to develop and bring goals and assists.

Talking out your arsenal imo, Havertz hasn't done well at all. I agree that there a player in there but to to say he's better than Mount at this moment in time is daft. People are forgetting that Mount has been consistent in the PL until last season. The season before he got 11 goals and 10 assists, who wouldn't have that in their team from a midfielder? Need a manager to get the best out of him but Ten Haag seems to know what he's doing.

Beside all that I hope your right and that I'm full of ****.

You’ve been spending bigger than City for the last 5 years. Half of the premier league have.

City have never spent 105m on a player. You paid the same amount of money for Havertz as City did for De Bruyne and more than they did for Haaland. It’s not what you spend, it’s how you spend it.

Everybody is now playing catch up after City spent £2bn on their squad since the sheik came in, so it’s normal that other clubs are gonna spend more now.

Arteta has assembled our current squad for half of what it costs to put City’s together

If Pep loses both Bernardo and Gundogan this summer the team will implode. Their two biggest big-game players, could be gone.

Foden is more than capable but he’s also a bit of a crock. They need to keep Bernardo.

That would be Declan Rice. Great player but 105 million?

Just waiting for someone to be paid 1 million per week tax free.

English player premiums?

Still won't get us £20m for Maguire though lol

I think Rice will do well at Arsenal but the price is ridonculous.

I'd love us to be more like Brighton with our purchases, unfortunately our scouting skills amount to skimming through the back pages of The Mirror.
