Interesting that it turns out we've been negotiating with AC Milan for Tonali for over a month. We were making progress on this deal and still made a move to sign Barella at the same time. I read somewhere that they had intended to sign both of them if Inter had been open to the sale.
We may suddenly become a more interesting prospect for Barella if we have his countryman all tied up to a 6 year contract....don't think that deal is totally dead but depends on the fee Inter insist on i guess.
