I was in more than two minds whether or not to share this, but I decided that as upsetting and outrageous as it is, it's better to know that absolute ****s like this exist, even in this Country, than to not be aware.
I genuinely couldn't imagine that something like this was real.
For those that choose not to click the link, men and women in the UK, Indonesia and elsewhere have been arrested for selling clips of animal cruelty* that they filmed to share for pleasure and profit.

I read the article on the incident that the cartoon relates to. The teacher responded unprofessionally and ineloquently in the recording, but clearly there's more to the story than just two girls questioning if a fellow pupil can identify as a cat - especially if other pupils have been asked to write statements.
I'm not sure how a girl identifying as a cat leads on to two thirteen year olds talking about transgenderism - two different things. I'd hazard a guess that there's been some bullying and the two girls' parent who released the recording is using it to cover up/dilute and divert the issue.

****ing ****s, and if they can do that then chances are they’ll move onto doing similar to humans.. They deserve worse done to them.
To be fair the cat question came up after the teacher was discussing there being more genders etc and the difference between sex and gender.
As usual the headline (child claims to identify as a cat…or whatever it was) wasn’t the story at all.
I thought the teacher handled it very poorly and as you say unprofessionally
