Does anyone expect a big rush on these tickets this week by season ticket holders as the last chance to buy away tickets for them to count towards the Pompey away ballot? If that is the case then we could be taking more than 2000 to a fairly long away trip relatively close to Christmas I've never been there so I can't wait and it'll be 9 away matches for me this season and still no divorce!
No big rush but do think you are right and we should take a big following up there 2k is about right! Never been to Donny and closer for me here in Surrey......
£20 for a ticket for me plus a god knows how much train fare.... I don't think so. I'd rather go and see Totton play against Bristol Rovers.
Each to their own. For me it's about visiting grounds as well as following Saints - i'd love to tick the 92 ish grounds and if I can do that as much as possible with Saints then great!
So would I but I'm a student! Im planning to go to the games in and around London. Went to Reading, Crystal Palace. Going to West Ham, Millwall, Watford etc.
You're being very disciplined. When I was a student my overdraft covered my football, it was very prudent of me and I was still paying for it years after graduating! I work in London a fair bit so already have meetings on March 5th for West Ham
Good call! I'm impressed, I had the benefit of living in Soton for uni but you must be hammering your overdraft just on train tickets down!
i handed my ballot in on saturday, ive got 3 away games on there. not surprised if it isnt enough, i know some people have been going to all of them! either way if i go or not, i'll enjoy the day, i expect if i watch it on tv it will be round a relative's house with the whole fam watching.
Does anyone know if the guy who runs separate coaches to away games is doing one for doncaster? i have private messaged u with contact details! nick
