I was just looking at some very interesting memorabilia on Misty Frog`s pages and noticed a programme Swansea Town v Workington…..what happened to them (Workington that is)? Because I haven`t got a life (in the true sense of the word), my thoughts went back to teams that I can remember in the league, some a long time ago: Barrow Newport County and Wrexham (of course) Halifax (Andy Campbell) Gateshead Lincoln City York Maidstone (0-5 New Years day) Southport Luton Mansfield Cambridge Utd Kidderminster Darlington Grimsby Stockport Bradford Park Avenue Prophet and Old Sparkey will probably remember a lot more than me!

I can`t believe I missed Scarborough. I was on holiday somewhere abroad, and i met a Scarborough fan and he was desperate to know how his beloved team had got on. They were in the same bottom division as us, and well at the bottom. They lost and were eventually relagated. Forgot all about the, Thanks Thai! Been to Phuket a few times, are the girls there still gorgeous. I remember one once telling me I was the most handsome man in Thailand. She was about five foot tall, flat chested and with jet black hair, is she still there?
Poor old Workington, they never knew that in those dark days they were playing against the new Barcelona.
You are welcome still thinking there are more, might need to come back later. Trying to do it without using websites (100% brain power!) No idea, never been that far south in Thailand. I came to the north where most of the girls have a chest worth looking at etc All ferang are handsome when they have money in their wallet
Sorry Dom Should have put my glasses on before commenting. Got another, much more recent one for you - Rushden & Diamonds - went bust earlier this year. And, closer to home, weren't Merthyr Tydfil in the Football League before the 2nd World War?
