Like I said, if they aint gonna kill him, then the only way i'd agree to his release would be chemical castration and an ankle monitor.
good job we don't though as the first bloke they had up for it was innocent so burning him would be a tad harsh .

Loads of places have capital punishment and it’s not a deterrent. Death Row ain’t cheap either unless you’re going to shoot them in court.
better to wait for him to plead guilty considering DNA profiling was in it's infancy .
