I can't explain why, but it looks American to me - as does the girl wearing it. Could be a 'freeze-frame' from an American 'high-school' themed movie!!!

There used to be a dark blue and a black training top both of which I had. They were a satiny material and used to make me sweat !
I still have them somewhere, but they were washed before being put away !

I’ve still got the remnants of a City baseball cap I bought years ago and that is blue (very faded now though).
Could never understand that but it was a great cap
I remember we released a special blue and gold shirt for the Football League (LDV Vans?) trophy final - the one we lost to Stoke when some fair Bristol maidens (allegedly from the Whitening Yard) took their tops off behind the goal and put the City player off his penalty!!
There was a huge outcry at the time because the shirt had blue in it.
I expect those shirts are quite rare now - they were a one-off and I don’t think they sold that many.

Mine was just blue with the City crest on the left breast, and white trim around the neck and sleeve ends. It had a logo on it but I can't remember what it was. It could have been Thorn Security but I'm not 100% sure, and on a day like this I'm not going looking in the loft for it !
Both shirts were bought from the City shop.
The other lot are so irrelevant now it doesn’t matter. I don’t even get offended by being called Bristol anymore, we ARE Bristol football .But ….. it’s BLUE
