Nothing I posted about him isn't true, his FKs are world class, his crosses can be brilliant and his passing is generally safe and he can play in several positions.

I suspect the true asking price is close to £40m - but it's definitely not a negative for this number to be out there in the public domain.
We had Matty Longstaff (the other one) on loan at Aberdeen last season - he was useless. His loan was cut short and he left complaining about long ball tactics. His talents then graced Mansfield and Colchester for a few games.
He was a leading goal scorer in the Championship before we signed him though. At that level he might bang in 20 goals. His problem is that he doesn’t score simple tap ins.
The Saudis would allow us to recoup what we bought him for which would be stupendous.
