Therefore out of their hands

They can’t force a contract down his throat and they can’t lock him up

but when they did have the power to keep him, they did

He didn’t help much in their fight for survival because he tooled down like a loser…that is also not their fault

but for the good of Lesta FC…they kept their ‘best players’ for as long as they could.

Hope we don’t get near signing him…got plenty softies with no minerals as it is stands…don’t need anymore.

They should have sold him when they could have got £40m for him

About all there is to it really.

Lesta are in the **** financially though and have a raft of players running down their contracts.

Their first priority is to balance the books and that will mean shifting their highest paid players that will fetch the most money.

Leicester will probably sell more debt shares to help with the wage bill. :bandit:
