Leicester and Leeds going down makes the situation harder for Sunderland and boro which is ideal .

Also Ipswich back along with one other from this play-off final today, plus Coventry will be up for it again.

It's going to be very competitive... been watching a few games because I watch whoever is playing Sunderland and there's some decent football in it.

I can't remember if it's next season or the season after, the amount of football will increase because I think SKY have bought the rights to all the EFL, inc L1 and L2. So it will increase the TV revenue to lower league clubs.

Yeah they're starting to promote it better I feel and more people just want to watch football at any level. It's all I watch I can't watch all the ****e on TV these days and I hate the films they make now 99% of the time.

He's happy that his club has become the next Blackburn

Nah... you see Blackburn didn't also win the FA Cup as well as the title during their Prem stay... more importantly, and crucially differential, Blackburn effectively 'bought' their title by having the finances to buy the very best players available ... our title win was very different - a squad costing much less than the other title challengers; indeed a tenth of Man City's...

Some clubs are trying to immiate the Blackburn approach, admittedly... but given the buying power and location attraction of the Manchester and London clubs I can only see that ending disappointingly ... sure it might achieve a 'top 4 trophy' ... but nothing actually tangible that requires polishing ... innit?

Lovely jubbly ... wouldn't want it any other way ... <cheers>

I thought the Championship was quite poor last season, Burnley running away with it just demonstrated how poor it was. I think any club hoping for promotion next season will have a harder task on its hands.

From a financial perspective, Everton had a very lucky escape. Think your lot will need to hit the ground running.

The UK must be short of news today, I can't believe how much coverage there has been of Luton's victory parade, ffs they came 3rd.

Someone needs to remind the big mouth Toon fans they haven’t won **** all since 1955

clowns

TBF, unless you are the current holders of either a title or trophy, it’s all history no matter how you try to dress it up and pretend that it only matters because it has a PL in front of it or the cup was televised in colour! I do find it funny that Fosse gets into a pissing contest with fans of clubs who have been significantly more successful than Leicester.
