Unfortunately this is the gold standard (ironically) when it comes to management speak. Any good intentions are always dumped in favour of personal ambition. It would be great if we could find a manager who wanted to see "the project" through to the end but that's not even imaginable with the yanks in charge.

These Yanks have no interest in the game, no respect or interest in players or manager, they are only interested in manipulation for profit sales, What has happened to Martin though has clear hallmark of Huw Jenkins on it, he always pulled the funding in transfer windows, especially January if a manager crossed him, he did it with Sousa, and others, he did it also with Pratley, so for me Jinx is alive and well in that disgraceful boardroom with it's lack of ambition.....
