Anyone got any idea why the couple are "Newcastle fans"? I know it's very trivial but it seems like quite a random choice.
Just did a quick check on Youtube, nothing on there. It's not exactly a major advert focused around us, it's something to do with switching homes where the couple support Newcastle.
Was that forwarded at me? I like this one
Where was that Mcdonald's? There's not one like that in Newcastle, not to my knowledge. And Also... Why on the Ford Focus advert do they have the woman and kid in the green focus Villa fans when they are driving past the angel of the north? Clearly it would be more logical for them to be toon fans.
To be fair it makes sense, needs to be a club that is in popular culture quite a lot, but that is generally unoffensive to the neutral... Most home buyers will be old enough to remember the Entertainers days when we were 'everyone's 2nd team'? That my 2 pence worth anyway...
They should have made a special version after the 6-0 of the kid crying on the way back to his slum back in Brum
Yeah, it's the A1 aint it or the A19 or something heading towards Washington/Sunderland. You just would have thought it would be more common sense for it to be newcastle fans since it's in Newcastle/Gateshead (or a north east team of some sort) .... it defo wasn't recorded this season anyway, they wouldn't have been celebrating
Probably because they're advertising their cars they're promoting "lengthly travel" or something. But yeah it would have made more sense to have Newcastle fans.
