It's a huge task ahead for Poch, and a lot depends on wether Boehly will keep well out of things football. I have my doubts.
Most important is sorting out the shambolic mess Boehly created with his recruitment efforts. Realistically , including the massively overpaid players who might come good, there is a big sense of "hard done by" by players we should be keeping, that permeates the squad.
There are at least 10 players you could argue for selling, and at least 4 players we need to bring in to key positions of weakness.
At the least it will be interesting to watch the comings and goings before we settle on a pared down ,manageable squad. Can Poch run the show or will Boehly mess him up ?? Only when the squad is settled can we start to see things either improve, or rumble on badly.
One thing is certain, Poch will need the time Potter wasn't given, the skills of Tuchel, and a turn around in Team attitude.
Good luck to him, hope it works out and pretty quickly starts to get better.
