Morning all
Anyone else got up with the feeling 'at least we can't lose today' ?

I had my regular haematology check up a couple of days ago. They were pretty pleased with all my blood counts. The haematologist is as sure as he can be that my current symptoms (the spinal cord issue, which is why I am so reduced in mobility, plus occasional low sodium episodes) are NOT precursors of the return of the lymphoma. He wants to do a CT scan asap just to make sure, and then will see me on Dec 6th. Until then I shall be on edge, but if the scans confirm what he thinks then I can address all the other issues in a more relaxed frame of mind. Ho-hum...

Glad about the haematology results GG - 6th December must be the day for scans as Mrs L has her next one that day - hoping for good news in both

I am well lNorway. I still suffer for thursday. Frú Ak has a fly in her hat about making our garden tidy for winter and claening the garage out.

I worry about the health of some of our friends reporting that this test was a good result or they have not had a problem for a while. Do we need doctor in the Nest?

It would seem that way Ak , thing is as you get older some bits dont work quite as well! (apart from Frenchie who has lots of sunshine and cheap wine and I think this important to good health;))

thanks for the caramel latte Ak :)

Morning (afternoon!) all. Late start this morning and i'm off out in 10 minutes...going to visit friends in Braunston...that will help me get over the fact that there's no match today! I don't think we'll be watching the England game as they're not big footie people...so we're recording it..though actually, i'm not really that bothered. I'd rather watch Watford anyday!

See you all tonight...i'll be home around midnight! Have a great day :)

Well that is the roofer been and gone, the garage roof is unrecognisable<yikes> The flashing is flat and against the wall and flat on the roof, the lead replaced by ubisoft. It is like felt with aluminum through it giving it strength and flexibility and totally worthless to thieves, but the same price as lead to buy! I am a happy bunny at long last as far as the roof is concerned and peace of mind:)

Funny that - maybe it's down to the size of the glasses, but I only ever get an odd number out of a bottle of wine too - usually five.

On the basis that I told my doctor that I had a couple of glass of red wine a day for health reasons, I did come across some glasses recently that held 35cl. ;)

Mme knew what was going through my mind and banned me from buying a couple. :(

Shame frenchie , unless you get her to recharge the glasses you have , she will soon get bored of serving you and let you get the larger buckets :)

Anyone else watching Wales v Norway

CMON WALES!
