I was there for the final - lovely goal from King Kanu ! I had a feeling we would win that day, after witnessing live our extremely lucky win at Man. Utd. in the quarter finals, when we survived an absolute onslaught on our goal for most of the match !!
I think we had the worst case of stage fright that I've ever seen. Let the occasion get to us but not withstanding that, the better side won. Halcyon days eh!
Probably neither of our clubs will be in another FA Cup final any time soon. The "big boys" are pretty much wrapping up the big completions.
Never mind, I live in hope that somehow, someday the game will find its way back to level playing fields.

Thank you - good job we had a good start to the season or we would be sitting on the bottom of the table with our current form.
I'm proud to say the posh have a new fan - she is almost 9 weeks old & is as gorgeous as her nanny
