Its not great and that salary is pretty low (especially london). However someones got to pay for it and im not in favour of paying for it, especially as if you say they decide to take mickey mouse courses
So we’re in agreement then Bobby. I’ve no problem with people paying, but it’s the interest charged on the loan that concerns me…along with the extortionate price of 9 grand ? a year…which on the face of it sounds steep
Again I really don’t have a problem with that….if it really does lead to a higher wage. But at the moment it doesn’t
My daughter was lucky!! She got a job straight from university in her chosen field of animation and graphic design around 25k but in london. Started paying of her student loan as soon as she could. Now in her she wants to get a mortgage. Her salary is already being divided up by paying off the loan, rent on a flat, living in London... So even someone who does well out of university is completely stymied. It is though the powers that be want to stop people being successful
Easy answer - move to Scotland....no tuition fees, saving up to £36k of student debt. My son is just finishing his 3rd year, gets about £500 a month from SASS which he has to pay off when he earns over the threshold, but nowhere near as restrictive as the student loans down south
Campbell is a **** of the highest order and I wouldn’t be mourning his passing on the RIP thread, that’s for sure
Calling a woman M'dear, and then being aggressive with a female presenter? It's what I said. You're blind to it.
We have very different definitions of bullying then. The BBC has platformed these Brexit architects with no accountability for years though of everyone at the BBC she’s not the first I’d have accused of it. As for the other woman, she’s crying misogyny where there clearly is none and is simply seeking a pile-on. It’s sad for various reasons but not least it dilutes genuine misogyny. As for you, for all the right wing and Brexit nonsense you’ve defended for years you really shouldn’t be so offended by something so tame but then it’s what you do.
he patronises one woman and is verbally aggressive and even somewhat physically threatening. Vile man
There’s no argument. You’ve decided to feign offence over something because it’s Alistair Campbell rather than what he’s said. I wouldn’t call you Goebbels if you weren’t such a ridiculous old fascist all the time.
