Just ignore the fact Duk grabbed Goldson’s arms and pinned them to his body.

also any news on the 2015/16 penalty stats?

How did Goldsons arms get around Duk?

Another natural position?

Goldson tried to wrestle Duk down even as the ball passes him by.

Duk obviously thought VAR would show it was a pen...but he forgot Masons

You can see the foul in the video, which does begin outside the box.

If the rules say that a foul continuing into the box becomes a penalty then VAR should be looking at that

The reason they didn't is now being given, by the media, as "fear of protestant terrorism"

I was happy to stick to "Sevco fans running it" anaw

I should know better than trying to undo a 'doid but I'll give it a go.

Duk didn't claim it was a penalty because he knew it wasn't a penalty.

Earlier is the season, at Ibrox, Duk WAS fouled in the box, he goes down, hands outstretched claiming for the pen in a typical fashion of someone who is claiming a penalty.... contrast to this incident where he literally pulls Goldson into the box then falls, bounces back up and tries to meg Davies and ends up winning a corner and doesn't even look at the ref or have the look of someone who feels they should have had a penalty.

VAR is watching all incidents at all times, VAR obviously thought that the incident played out and wasn't a penalty so how can you say VAR should be looking at it? That's a doid.

Anyway, **** up.

Correct.

If the player himself is not actually claiming for a penalty then you know it is not a penalty. Well done to Duk for getting on with it and getting ready for the resultant corner kick.

Too many of these namby, pamby ****tah soccerballers go to ground if you even fart in their general direction.

Scotland only got VAR the week before that game

Having to prove a Sevco player committed gbh was still a rule then

The intelligence Duk shows has been ignored tbf

He knew that he wasn't getting a penalty because Sevco aren't allowed to concede any, so played on

He did put them there, by hooking his arm around Goldson's arm, as shown on Trev's pic. I am pretty sure this has been explained already. I am going to have something to eat.
I posted a video showing it was a foul on Duk and it even zooms in and slows down to show you Goldson holding Duk back.

Showing me pictures of Goldson giving up doesn't make it less of a foul.

The question is, as the foul continues into the box and it becomes VAR territory, why wasn't it used?

Terrorist Masons is the answer
