I said “the establishment”. The RF is a part of that. You get confused by it going dark at night and light each morning.
The Heysel disaster they commemorate every year and have a memorial for. Not that it has much to do with anything.
What does the royal family do that has a direct effect on how you're governed?
When did they put the plaque up? About 10 years ago after criticism that they didn't give a stuff about the 39 European fans their fans killed. Hillsborough ultimately forced them to look as if they had a conscience.
Must have been a difficult 20+ years of reflection then but they got there in the end. I guess the difference between the two is that Heysel was caused by fans while Hillsborough was caused by ineptitude and malice of those in charge.
