That was a bit hot today sitting in a stand that had full on sun for the whole game. Fook knows how they cope with that at stadiums in countries like Spain. Felt knackered by the time I got home, although don't suppose the beer helped that much lol. Getting too old for this lark.
The teens love it (because it's pretty looking) marketing is a funny business get it right and you're going to make serious money.
Gold bottle innit. Looks good when you and your mates all chuck a tenner in and pose around it in Popworld.
I swear that I will pay true allegiance to Your Majesty, and to your heirs and successors according to law. So help me God."
Brighton - brilliant yesterday ... drop just about every player attracting interest from the biggest clubs both here and in Europe and still give the Portugal B team their biggest spanking in years ... wow!!!!
With Roma drawing against AC Milan yesterday, the Champions League spots will go to the wire, while Naples later this afternoon could clinch their first title in 33 years if they win, although it will also depend on the Lazio result... https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/65424841 11:30 BT3 Inter Milan v Lazio Serie A #TeamPlWDLFAGDPtsLast 61Napoli31253367214678 2Lazio31187649212861 3Juventus31185847262159 4AC Milan32169752381457 5Roma32176944301457 6Atalanta32167953371655 7Inter Milan311731151341754
0-1 Lazio after Inter had a goal disallowed by VAR for an offside - I agree with what the commentators are saying, a shoulder shouldn't be offside, it should just be on your feet, getting pissed off with this nonsense.
Here we go ASTON VILLA chief executive Christian Purslow says he thinks the Premier League is investigating Newcastle’s Saudi-led takeove. The league gave the green light to the takeover which gave the Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF) majority control of Newcastle after receiving “legally-binding assurances” that the Saudi state would not have control of the club. However, court documents published in the United States in February described the PIF as “a sovereign instrumentality of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia” and PIF governor and Newcastle chairman Yasir Al-Rumayyan as “a sitting minister of the Saudi government”. https://www.thenorthernecho.co.uk/s...remier-league-investigating-newcastle-united/
SKY's Beth Rigby did an interview with the Aston Villa chairman, which is probably where part of this story has come from. It was on last night, but I wasn't really paying attention, I know the big six got a menshy. I do remember the programme starting with the trophy cabinet of when they won the European Cup and what with Villa being on the verge of some sort of European football next season, I guess Purslow is making his thoughts public.
The premier league are trying to avoid it at all costs because it will highlight their incompetence of pushing this deal through. They said they'd take action if it was ever found out that the Saudi government and PIF were linked. I won't hold my breath, though.
You might need to watch the interview mate and you'll see why this take is way off. He basically says there's nothing in the rules to stop mbs standing on tv saying I'm in charge and them being able to do anything. It's done Newcastle was sold.
Napoli fans will be happy, Inter have equalised against Lazio 1-1, if it stays like this Napoli could win the title this afternoon if they win but I'll be watching English football by then lol.
