You're missing the point, Ponky (something you are particularly adept at) ... I care about my club whichever division they are in ... and I'd love them to stay up but it's going to be a tough ask ... However, I've seen enough relegations in over 50 years of watching them to know that it is not 'the end'... indeed, it can give a club the chance to prune and build... ... as was shown last summer, we don't have the kind of money to throw at recruitment that the Big 6 (and others) have ... so if getting relegated happens, it might just be the best way to rebuild for us ... Burnley are showing that ... coming back up and with a better squad than went down ... Here endeth the lesson ...
Nope ... I hate us losing ... but football is about enjoying the good times when they happen and savouring the memories, particularly when you support your home town club ... was never a case of choosing a club (or clubs) by reference to success when younger ... So my point is that I'm amongst a generation of Leicester fans that has witnessed the impossible for many a football fan - certainly those outside the Big 6 - and also generations of Spurs fans!); so I'm definitely more chilled about our footballing journey than I used to be ... would love to see us do something similar again, of course, ... but if it doesn't happen, that's life and I've had an immensely pleasing time in footballing terms since 2008 when we won League One after relegation ... and from there... In terms of the Prem; I can still sit back, enjoy it and, in particular, be happy for clubs like Brighton, who are carrying on the mantle of the underdog, competing with the big guys despite not having anything like the money being thrown at it by other clubs ... very similar to what we did ...
I'll genuinely be hoping Everton go and willing Leicester on. I'll take no satisfaction in being right if Leicester get relegated.
On now, but bottom of the league clash... BT1 11:30 Lecce v Sampdoria Serie A Looking forward to watching Roma tonight, as all the teams around them did poorly this weekend, so will remain 3rd but can build a points gap now.
I’ll tell you what they want Fosse they want you to be apologising to everyone because you apparently did something no one else on here does….back their team till the death They want you to tell them that you was wrong…and they were right…something everyone on here apparently does when they are ‘wrong’. They want to destroy you…they want to probably watch you flounce please log in to view this image
